Eligible patients will pay no more than $39 for after-hours and overnight care at selected urgent care clinics under a new-and-improved service negotiated by Waitemata and Auckland District Health Boards.

This subsidised care applies to patients already eligible to receive publicly funded New Zealand healthcare who are over-65 or hold a Community Service Card (CSC) or High User Health Card (HUHC).

Free care is also available to under-13-year-olds, as part of the same plan.

Visit the Waitemata DHB news page for more details.
