National Hauora Coalition
The National Hauora Coalition is a Whānau Ora organisation with a national Primary Health Organisation containing over 60 GP practices. Their membership represents urban, rural, hapū, iwi and matawaka groups and organisations which serve more than 200,000 Māori and non-Māori whānau throughout Aotearoa, New Zealand.

North Shore Women’s Centre
The North Shore Women’s Centre provides a range of services for women: information and referral, counselling, a Community Support Worker, and courses and clinics.
Harbour Sport are an information hub for sport and recreation and a lead facilitator for the development of sport and recreation in the North Harbour region. They partner with Comprehensive Care in the Green Prescription and Active Families programmes.
Health Link North
Health Link North is an independent community driven organisation committed to improving health outcomes of residents of Auckland’s North Shore and the Rodney District, including South Kaipara.
Waitakere Health Link
Waitakere Health Link is community driven organisation committed to improving health in Waitakere City by promoting community participation in health care decision making and fostering collaborative relationships between health care providers and the Waitakere community.
